Published two papers on the effect of sensory feedback on crayfish posture and locomotion. It used a novel neural interface to allow a living crayfish to control a virtual copy of its body. We used this to study the role of reflexes in open and close loop situations, and was able to reproduce a neuromechanical simulation that reproduced the results from the live animal.

Programming the Arduino Due as an SPI slave. This is the sixth part of a series of posts that detail how to configure and use the Jetson TK1's touch screen SPI to send high speed data to and Arduino Due.
I received the Jetduino connector board and was able to assemble and connect it to the NVIDIA Jetson TK1 for some basic testing. So far it works great and makes it much easier to connect the GPIO pins on the Jetson TK1 to my test circuits.
